How does it work?

Step 1

Phone, Email or send us a WhatsApp message to make an appointment or use the online booking system available at the bottom of the home page.

Step 2

Your Counselor, Abigail, will either email or phone you back, confirming time, date and platform (teams or WhatsApp video call) making sure that all details are correct. An email containing the confidentiality agreement will be sent through to you for you to read over (thoroughly) and sign and send back in order to maintain ethical codes and safety protocols.

Step 3

Get ready to feel better, have more clarity and receive counseling in the comfort of your bed, car or anywhere you are safe, secure and most importantly PRIVATE.
